Rottink brings nearly three decades of experience in leading global, multi-site healthcare supply chain operations. That includes strategic transformation, oversight and the management of global inventory assets and distribution operations. It also extends to integrated business planning, systems implementation and cross-functional operations alignment.
Most recently, Rottink served as SVP of global supply chain and customer care at orthopedic giant Smith+Nephew. There, he oversaw improvements in manufacturing operations, along with sales, inventory and operational planning. His track record also includes serving as VP of global supply chain for Medtronic’s Restorative Therapies Group.

Rottink leads as COO for Owens & Minor, the former Owens & Minor Products & Healthcare segment that kept the original company name after separating from the publicly traded company to form a new private, standalone company. (The remaining public company rebranded as Accendra Health.) His appointment follows the naming of a new chief commercial officer earlier this year.
