
Mathieson was most recently VP and GM of the company’s Acute Care division. She joined Stryker in November 2008 as an account manager. She has since held roles of varying responsibility, including business unit director of Acute Care and sales director.

Stryker’s Medical division is part of its MedSurg and Neurotechnology business. Medical generates the most revenue from that business’s four segments, including instruments, endoscopy and neurovascular. In 2022, it reported $3.5 billion in sales, or 17% of Stryker’s total revenue. Stryker Medical’s offerings include patient handling, emergency medical equipment, intensive care disposable products, and clinical communication and workflow services.
