
GE HealthCare (Nasdaq: GEHC) announced that it entered into a strategic enterprise collaboration with UC San Diego Health.
The collaboration focuses on bringing advanced digital innovation and medical technologies to the San Diego health system. Together, they hope to help delivery high-quality, timely and consistent care for unique patient needs.

The alliance includes service line enhancements with innovative imaging solutions and novel therapies. Those include theranostics, helping advance the cancer care journey for early detection, effective treatment and enhanced monitoring.
Additionally, GE HealthCare plans to bring AI and digital solutions to drive innovation, efficiency and excellence in care delivery. Its optimized technology program includes a customized model and technical services support program for advanced education as well. With an augmented service delivery model, the partnership can help support preventative maintenance.
GE HealthCare said it plans to leverage technologies including X-ray, CT, PET/CT, PET/MR, SPECT/CT, MRI, image-guided systems and nuclear medicine. It plans to use them in combination with AI and other digital tools to help optimize efficient processes. It plans to integrate its advanced technologies across facilities and clinical teams.
