Wearers of the over-the-counter continuous glucose monitor can now sign up for personalized nutrition coaching linked to their data trends, and schedule virtual one-on-one appointments with registered and insurance-covered dietitians. At the same time, Berry Street users will be able to obtain monthly packs of Lingo sensors at a discount.
“By partnering with Berry Street, we’re combining the advanced biosensing technology of Lingo with expert nutrition guidance to help people make informed nutrition and lifestyle decisions that can support healthy habits over time,” Olivier Ropars, divisional VP of Abbott’s Lingo business, said in a statement.
In its announcement, Abbott pointed to a research meta-analysis showing that dietitian-led medical nutrition therapy could deliver some improvements in HbA1c and fasting glucose levels in people with prediabetes, as well as in weight, cholesterol and blood pressure.

Meanwhile, Berry Street merged with India-based digital wellness platform Healthify in August, bringing the latter’s AI nutrition and metabolic health support to its network of more than 2,000 clinicians. The combined company will be co-led by Berry Street CEO Noah Kotlove and Healthify CEO Tushar Vashisht, while relying on the Berry Street brand in the U.S. and the Healthify name internationally. Berry Street’s services are currently listed as in-network at more than 1,250 health plans, according to Abbott.
“For too long, nutrition guidance has relied on broad recommendations that may not reflect how an individual’s body actually responds to food,” Kotlove said in the Abbott announcement. “The combination of continuous glucose insights and registered dietitian expertise creates a more personalized approach to nutrition. Together with Lingo, we’re helping consumers move beyond guesswork and build sustainable habits rooted in a deeper understanding of their health.”
