Entellus Medical sets range for $70m IPO
Entellus Medical said yesterday that it plans to put nearly 4.4 million shares on the public markets by the end of the month as it readies its initial public offering.
Plymouth, Minn.-based Entellus said it plans to float 4.375 million shares at $15 to $17 each in the IPO, for a midpoint of $70 million.
Presbia sets sights on $50m IPO
Presbia today set the range for its forthcoming initial public offering, saying it plans to offer 4.2 million shares at $11 to $13 apiece.
At the midpoint, the IPO would fetch $50.4 million for Presbia, which makes the Flexiview Micro-Lens corneal implant to treat presbyopia.

Avinger closed out a feverish medtech IPO season with by registering for a $69 million initial public offering in the waning days of 2014.
Redwood City, Calif.-based Avinger, which makes a family of vascular catheters aimed at the peripheral vascular market, filed Dec. 30 with the FDA for the offering. The company was founded in 2007.
