Verily Health secured an investment from Nvidia to advance development and commercial deployment of its precision healthcare AI platforms, the company announced today. The total amount of the strategic investment was not disclosed.
Verily also received an additional investment from existing investor CU Healthcare Innovation Fund.
“We are pleased to welcome Nvidia as a new investor in Verily. These investments strengthen our ability to pursue the opportunity ahead,” Verily CEO Stephen Gillett said. “Together, these investments and the continued support of our current investors accelerate our vision to build a trusted foundation for healthcare, bringing together the information and intelligence needed to power better decisions and unlock the full potential of AI across the healthcare ecosystem.”
The investments support Verily as it scales adoption of its data and AI precision health platform, Verily Pre, grows its patient-facing software, Verily Me and advances the company’s long-term health risk forecasting model, Forecast 1.0. The total amount of the strategic investments was not disclosed.
The Verily Pre Platform enables healthcare researchers to analyze and exchange biomedical data, and deploy AI models and agents into care and research workflows.

The partnership will scale the product by allowing researchers using the platform to access NVIDIA AI libraries and frameworks, such as its NeMo, Parabricks, RAPIDS and NVIDIA B200 GPUs, to process datasets and train models at higher computational speed, the company said.
Verily also developed a multimodal foundational model, Forecast 1.0, that combines genomics and electronic health record data to improve accuracy in predicting long-term health risks. With the partnership, Verily says Forecast 1.0 has “achieved improved predictive performance and computational efficiency” by leveraging Nvidia’s AI stack.

The investment will support expansion of Verily Me, the company’s health navigation app that “bridges gaps between everyday care and clinical discovery” by translating health data for patients and providing a 24/7 AI companion to offer insight to help patients understand symptoms and records.
Verily and Nvidia entered an operational collaboration in October 2025, but this is the first time Nvidia has strategically invested in the former Google life sciences sibling company. (In March, Google’s parent company, Alphabet, became a minority investor, losing its controlling stake.)
This investment continues Verily’s momentum following its initial $300 million funding round earlier this year. Nvidia joins the list of Verily’s current investors, including Alphabet, Series X Capital and UCHealth, among others not disclosed.
