Italian contract manufacturer UnitedCoatings Group said today that it acquired CoorsTek Medical an undisclosed amount.
Ft. Worth, Texas-based CoorsTek Medical offers casting, machining and product development services to medical device OEMs. UnitedCoatings, based in Rubbiano, Italy, last year bought NanoSurfaces, CoorsTek Medical’s Italian subsidiary. The deal announced today involves the rest of the CoorsTek Medical business.
