AI-guided cardiac technology developer UltraSight has raised $24 million in Series B2 financing, the company announced.
The financing will support the company’s commercial expansion in the United States and the development of new software systems for intensive care and circulatory support settings, UltraSight said.
Alive HealthTech Grow Fund led the round with an undisclosed investment. Mayo Clinic Ventures, NYU, Iron Nation, Deep Insight, Star51 Capital, Connecticut Innovations, and eHealth Ventures also participated in the funding round.
“We are entering this next stage as our FDA-cleared portfolio continues to expand to support broader cardiac imaging workflows,” UltraSight Co-Founder and CEO Davidi Vortman said in the announcement. “This financing will help our efforts to translate that momentum into wider market adoption, deeper strategic collaborations and greater access to high-quality cardiac ultrasound – expediting care for patients who simply cannot afford to wait.”
UltraSight’s Ecosystem platform uses training curriculum, real-time AI guidance and analytics to “enable any clinical provider” to perform focused echocardiograms without echo expertise or equipment, while under physician oversight.
Ecosystem’s software is compatible with existing ultrasound infrastructure and guides healthcare professionals regardless of sonography experience to capture clear, high-quality cardiac ultrasound images.

As of September 2026, more than 10 commercial sites have integrated UltraSight’s Ecosystem into their workflow.
“UltraSight is working to address an unmet need that has been a contributing constraint to the scale-up of advancements in cardiac care for the last 20 years; current access to reliable ultrasound imaging both for diagnosis and treatment remains dependent on a scarce group of experts,” UltraSight Chair Rick Geoffrion said. “This financing positions UltraSight to scale that foundation and extend the impact of an AI-guided cardiac workflow platform across cardiovascular care.”
In addition to the funding news, UltraSight announced three new board appointments to “support the company’s next phase of growth”: Alive Co-Founding and Managing Partner Dudi Klein, Star51 Capital Founding Managing Partner Tal Wenderow and Deep Insight Managing Partner Barak Ben-Eliezer.
“UltraSight combines clinical evidence with a scalable commercial model in a market constrained by access and workforce shortages,” Klein said. “We believe the company has developed technology, leadership, and strategic collaborations that position it to support the evolution of cardiac workflows across care settings.”
