Zoll shares were trading at $44.35 in the early afternoon today, up from last night’s $35.98 close.
The company’s 2011 sales hit a record high of $523.7 million, 18 percent higher than the $444 million posted last year.
Shares of BioMimetic Therapeutics Inc. (NSDQ:BMTI) continued their slide today after plummeting 35.3 percent yesterday to close at $8.66 on news of the FDA’s dim view of its Augment bone graft product.

Derma Sciences Inc. (OTC:DSCI) posted losses of $502,552, or 8 cents per diluted share, on sales of $15.1 million during the three months ended Sept. 30. That compares with profits of $139,603, or 3 cents per share, on sales of $12.9 million during the same period last year.
