MicroPort launches portable ECG solution in Europe, Australia

June 1, 2026 By Sean Whooley

Microport Cardioflow logo.MicroPort CardioFlow announced today that it has commercially launched its LBBOT solution in Europe and Australia.

LBBOT, a portable, real-time ECG solution, supports physicians in clinical practice through continuous 12-lead electrocardiogram (ECG) monitoring. It also provides automated ventricular activation timing measurements to support procedural decision-making in pacing procedures.

LBBOT provides continuous 12-lead ECG display with real-time V6 RWPT and V6–V1 interval measurements for pacing procedure optimization. MicroPort designed the system to integrate seamlessly into existing clinical workflows.

The offering includes the MicroPort CardioFlow smart ECG device, Hookup smart software and its RC115 cable. It features a compact architecture and Bluetooth-enabled connectivity. This enables efficient access to critical pacing information across a range of clinical environments. Those include electrophysiology laboratories, operating rooms and outpatient centers.

LBBOT automates standardized measurements and delivers continuous beat-to-beat insights in real time, the company says.

In parallel, the company said it completed enrollment of 55 patients in France and Spain to evaluate implantation procedures and observe the capability of the smart ECG system to monitor left bundle branch (LBB) success. Secondary objectives included the assessment of device handling compared with standard electrophysiology systems.

“LBBOT Solution reflects our commitment to advancing physiological pacing procedures through smarter, data-driven technologies,” said Amel Amblard, VP, clinical affairs at MicroPort CardioFlow. “By combining automated measurements, continuous ECG visualization, and intuitive workflow integration, LBBOT Solution¹ delivers reliable real-time insights that support procedural efficiency, consistency, and physician confidence.”
