Johnson & Johnson MedTech announced today that it entered into an exclusive commercial distribution agreement with Responsive Arthroscopy.
The company agreed to a deal in the U.S. with Responsive Arthroscopy, which specializes in sports soft tissue repair solutions. Johnson & Johnson MedTech said the agreement strengthens its sports platform and enhances its soft tissue portfolio. It hopes to meet the rising demand for advanced solutions in the growing sports soft tissue repair market.
Minneapolis-based Responsive Arthroscopy lists its mission as aiming to provide cutting-edge sports medicine technology. Its offerings range across knee, hip, shoulder and foot and ankle products, including screws, anchors and more. The company says it wants to improve lives by “building the best products that improve outcomes and reduce costs.”
The distribution agreement combines Johnson & Johnson MedTech’s expertise in orthopedic innovation with Responsive Arthroscopy’s advanced technologies. The agreement can offer healthcare provides a more comprehensive set of tools to respond to evolving patient needs.
