Danaher (NYSE: DHR) announced today that it appointed a new chief technology and AI officer and a new EVP to lead Life Sciences.
The company chose Martin Stumpe to take on the role of chief technology and AI officer, effective Oct. 1, 2025. It selected Greg Milosevich to become EVP with responsibility for Life Sciences, effective July 1, 2025.
Stumpe, who joined Danaher last year as chief data and AI officer, reports directly to President and CEO Rainer Blair in his new post. The company said the appointment “marks a pivotal step in its digital transformation as it looks to accelerate the integration of AI into its businesses.
Prior to joining Danaher, Stumpe spearheaded AI initiatives for precision medicine at Tempus. Before Tempus, he founded the Cancer Pathology project at Google and served on the Kepler team at NASA’s Ames Research Center.
“Danaher is committed to building a future where science, data and technology work seamlessly to improve human health,” said Rainer Blair. “Martin is a visionary technology leader with a deep understanding of how AI and data can transform healthcare. His track record of innovation, combined with his passion for applying advanced technologies to improve human health, makes him the ideal leader to further accelerate our digital transformation.”
