Sinha will drive BD’s approach to talent, culture and organizational design in support of its long‑term growth, innovation agenda and focus on operational excellence. He serves on the BD executive leadership team as well.
In his post, Sinha wrote:

Sinha has spent more than 15 years at BD ahead of taking on this new role. He brings experience across the company and a track record of execution, driving operational simplicity and agility, strengthening leadership capabilities and aligning talent to accelerate performance and impact, according to BD.
Roles over his time at BD for Sinha span human resources operations across global business segments, regions and functions. He previously led human resources operations and talent development in the Greater Asia region. Most recently, he served as SVP of human resources and organizational effectiveness. In this position, he has played a key role in driving BD’s corporate portfolio strategy, including large-scale mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.
Before his time at BD, Sinha served as VP of human resources for GE Capital Services (later Genpact) Europe. He also helped establish GE’s Transportation engineering center in India and worked as a human resources technology consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers.
