XL Precision Technologies Ltd. has recently announced the opening of a new facility in West Chester, PA. In response to the increasing business in the U.S., the facility will cater to the North American medical device market and expand the overall worldwide capacity.
“Since making the decision to invest in our new facility in West Chester, we have seen significant growth in our business prospects for the next 3 years. Customers appreciate the local availability of our flexible and rapid development support, and we are looking to double our team before the end of the year,” said Managing Director Tom Graham.
The facility is now operational and will have production processes running by the 4th quarter. Current capabilities in high speed milling, EDM machining, laser welding and laser marking will be enhanced with plastic induction welding, chemical finishing and precision grinding. Further investment is planned and will be partly dictated by customer needs. Response has been extremely positive from our existing and potential US customers.
