Neuro Kinetics appointed Michael Saporito as its new CFO.
Saporito joins the Pittsburgh-based medical device company after years with LifeVest, which he helped turn around before the company was bought out by Zoll Medical.
“Mike Saporito has served as an executive at a number of privately held and public companies, large and small, including in the medical device industry," Neuro Kinetics president and CEO Howison Schroeder said in prepared remarks. "That diversity of experience will be a great resource for us as we move forward. Mike knows how to position a growing company for success."
Neuro Kinetics also added Robert Kampmeinert as a board member. Kampmeinert previously served as the chairman of investment firm Janney Montgomery Scott LLC.
