
Davis joins with experience in commercial leadership, most recently serving as CCO at Silk Road Medical. There, he spearheaded the go-to-market strategy for Silk Road’s carotid artery disease therapy before Boston Scientific acquired the company for $1.2 billion last fall.
According to a news release, Davis has expertise in revenue optimization, customer engagement and market expansion. He brings more than 25 years of experience in the medical device field, including time spent with minimally invasive therapies and cardiovascular diseases.
Before joining Silk Road, Davis served as VP of sales and marketing for 3M’s Advanced Wound Therapy group. Before 3M, he spent 15 years at Medtronic. Roles at the medtech giant included VP of sales positions in cardiac and vascular therapies. Those included TAVR, endovascular, EVAR/TEVAR, peripheral vascular and spine/biologics, too.

Endologix said Davis’ focus centers around aligning commercial operations with the company’s long-term vision. The company expects him to enhance customer relationships and drive new business opportunities to help execute its ambitious growth plans.
Irvine, California-based Endologix develops technologies for treating artery disease. That includes the Detour system for treating peripheral arterial disease (PAD).
