B. Braun Medical said it’s entered an agreement with DaVita to provide its Dialog+ dialysis equipment to fill a portion of DaVita’s product requirement.
Bethlehem, Pa.-based Braun has been a leader in the dialysis field for years and has a long-standing relationship with DaVita. The Dialog+ system allows patients to have the greatest number of possible configurations for individual treatment.
"We are very pleased to continue our business relationship with DaVita who has a long standing reputation for high quality dialysis care," vice president Samuel Amory said in prepared remarks. "DaVita has very high standards for the products they select and we are extremely proud that Dialog is one of those products."
B. Braun Medical in February launched a Canadian subsidiary called B. Braun of Canada Ltd.. The Canadian business is headquartered in Mississauga, Ontario, and is enabling B. Braun to work closely with customers and group purchasing organizations across the country.
