Zander Labs announced today that it plans to bring its brain-computer interface (BCI) technology to the U.S.
The Dutch-German neuroadaptive AI company develops passive BCI (pBCI) and human-computer interactive technology. It hopes to make its offerings available to a wider range of organizations with its entry to the U.S. market.
In 2026, Zander Labs plans to actively seek partners in the U.S., with a particular focus on the West Coast. It could target sectors like defense, mobility, robotics, healthcare and other human-centered AI applications. The company wants partners interested in integrating its neuroadaptive AI platform to create smarter systems for their own solutions.
Zander Labs’ technologies respond to human mental states in real time through pBCI technology. It continuously and subconsciously measures brain activity without requiring active input from the user. The technology captures and processes signals, combining them with contextual data and AI algorithms. It enables AI-powered systems to respond to a safer, more human-centered, more intuitive way.

The company originated from a collaboration between Dutch and German researchers. A few years ago, it earned a $33 million German contract to develop BCI prototypes. Today, it combines fundamental neuroscience research with applied AI and hardware development.
