
Wright Medical welcomes new executive VP & COO
Arlington, Tenn.-based joint replacement maker Wright Medical (NSDQ:WMGI) named Pascal Girin as executive VP & COO, effective either November 19 or when his visa transfer is finalized, whichever occurs later.
Girin will receive an annual base salary of $500,000, plus $300,000 bonus and is eligible for an annual performance bonus of up to 75% of his base salary. Additionally, Girin will receive an annual equity grant up to 175% of his base salary, according to regulatory filings.
Carrel recently was president & CEO at Keystone Dental Inc and COO at ev3, which was acquired by subsidiary of Covidien (NYSE:COV).

Syneron named new CFO
Aesthetic device company Syneron Medical Ltd. (NSDQ:ELOS) named Hugo Goldman as CFO, effective immediately. Goldman will replace interim CFO David Schlachet, who had held this position since August 2012.
Prior to join the company, Goldman was CFO of Retalix and AxisMobile. He also worked at VocalTec Communications and Algorithmic Research.
