The event, part of the Health of Woman program, will bring together health professionals, industry representatives and patients to discuss the performance of medical devices in women.
A preliminary agenda published by the FDA says the sessions will cover recruitment for device studies, sex-specific clinical findings, and priority research in women’s health.
The workshop will take place June 24-25 at the FDA campus in Silver Spring, Md. and will also be turned into a webcast, according to the FDA announcement .
