Vivalink announced today that it launched its technology solution designed to enhance mobile cardiac telemetry (MCT) and Holter monitoring.
The company integrated remote patient monitoring (RPM) technology and advanced arrhythmia detection algorithms into its solution. Campbell, California-based Vivalink aims for it to streamline deployment and enhance patient care amid increasing demand for ambulatory ECG.
By using a common technology solution for both MCT and Holter, Vivalink says it streamlines the delivery of care and reduces costs.
Key features of the technology include a reusable ECG patch equipped with a 14-day rechargeable battery. It also offers up to 30 days of data storage capacity. The solution’s provisioned mobile gateway integrates with a patient app to facilitate data transmission and patient engagement.
Vivalink’s advanced arrhythmia detection algorithm can identify more than 15 common arrhythmias and ectopic beats. The system also offers a clinician portal for over-read and annotation. This empowers clinicians with actionable insights for informed decision-making. Additionally, it offers customizable final ECG report generation to tailor reporting, meeting specific clinician needs.
“Bringing together cutting-edge technology and medical expertise, Vivalink’s turnkey technology solution is changing the landscape of ambulatory cardiac monitoring,” said Jiang Li, CEO of Vivalink. “Our integrated solution simplifies the deployment of remote cardiac monitoring services, offering a seamless implementation for our partners.”
