Former Boston Scientific (NYSE:BSX) executives Jennifer Martin and Dan Rogers have joined orthopedic implant maker Omnia Medical.
Martin, who most recently served as senior director of customer engagement at Boston Scientific, will be the president of Omnia Medical’s new interventional pain therapies division, according to a news release.
Rogers joins as VP of sales for the new interventional pain therapies division, having most recently held roles as regional sales director at Boston Scientific and, before that, Vertiflex.
Together with Omnia Medical’s Thomas Batton and Sean Herd, Martin and Rogers are slated to grow the new division with a focus on helping pain management specialists treat patients with debilitating pain that comes as a result of sacroiliac (SI) joint dysfunction.
“I am incredibly excited to join Omnia Medical,” Martin said in the release. “The company has a unique opportunity to accelerate an already impressive growth trajectory and become the posterior SI joint fusion system of choice for interventional pain management physicians and spine surgeons.
“I look forward to working with our Omnia Medical team and applying my experience and deep understanding of market development and growth for medical device companies.”
