Titan Spine announced this week that it’s offering a new series of warranties for its Endoskeleton line of interbody spinal fusion implants, promising a 1-time free revision surgery within 5 years.

"In my experience, this is the 1st time that a device company in the spine market has offered such a guarantee," Titan CMO Dr. Paul Slosar said in prepared remarks. "This warranty highlights the recognition that our engineered spine implants continue to lead the surface technology space."

The Endoskeleton line includes implant surface technologies that help promote bone growth and fusion. Titan said that it has received a wealth of positive feedback over the last few months and that the company hopes to give its patient and physician customers "an additional reason to trust that our products will successfully perform in patients."

The new warranties were announced shortly after Titan won FDA clearance for its TL lateral system. The company also just won the Whitecloud award for Best Basic Research from the Scoliosis Research Society.
