Teleflex (NYSE:TFX) will provide the Healthscope Group of Hospitals with the laryngeal mask line from the acquired Australian subsidiary company, LMA PacMed. The contract gives LMA PacMed preferred supplier status for 3 years with an option of an additional 2 years.
The contract for these airway management devices and associated products will go to Healthscope Group’s 46 facilities throughout Australia.
"This landmark agreement was a natural evolution of the close relationship LMA PacMed has enjoyed with Healthscope over many years, and an opportunity for both companies to work together to continue to improve patient outcomes through the quality and clinically proven nature of its innovative products, its high levels of service, and valued educational support," Liam Kelly, executive VP of Teleflex’s international operations, said in prepared remarks.
