Missouri-based Veran Medical Technologies is on the verge of closing a $5 million funding round in support of its electromagnetic airway mapping system, regulatory filings show.
Veran Medical Technologies said it brought in $2.9 million in a funding round it hopes will eventually add $5 million to its coffers.
The St. Louis-based medical device company, founded in 2005, is developing devices for diagnosis & minimally invasive surgery.
The St. Louis-based company makes imaging systems for minimally invasive procedures. The funding round involved a trio of investors and the company is looking to raise another $1 million, according to the filing.
