The Pritzker Group acquired medical device maker Clinical Innovations for an undisclosed amount.
It’s the first foray into healthcare for the Chicago-based private investment firm, which uses the vast fortune of the Pritzker family to fund its activities. The group bought Murray, Utah-based Clinical Innovations from private equity player RoundTable Health Partners.
