Renovis Surgical Technologies attracted 22 investors to a recent funding round that hit the hoped-for $5.3 million mark, according to an SEC filing.
The equity funding round kicked off in April, on the heels of another funding round that drummed up $3.5 million in cash for the Redlands, Calif.-based medical device maker.

Medical device company Renovis Surgical Technologies closed a $3.5 million funding round through sales of equity financing, according to an SEC filing.
The Redlands, Calif.-based company raised the funds from 15 investors, 4 of which did not qualify as accredited investors, but none of which were named in the filing.
