All of the new deals became available to acute care and continuum care Premier members Feb. 1.
Group purchasing organization Novation awarded a contract to Coloplast for its BodyFit technology, including SenSura product line and SenSura Mio.
The SenSura Mio is a single- piece appliance with an elastic adhesive, featuring Coloplast’s core BodyFit technology to fit body shapes, and the SenSura is a double-layer ostomy bags, according Coloplast.
Group purchasing organization Novation awarded a contract to Cook Medical for devices including biopsy needles, balloons, balloon stents and more.
The contract, which takes effect at the beginning of next year, includes Cook’s peripheral vascular intervention and diagnostics portfolio, which Novation will offer to its more than 65,000 members and affiliates of VHA Inc., UHC, Children’s Hospital Association and Provista, according to the press release.
Products included in the GPO agreements, are Teleflex’s Rusch and Sheridan endotracheal tubes brands, including Teleflex ISIS HVT, the 1st convertible endotracheal tube, according to the company’s website.
