Manchester, NH – Adam Jacobs has joined Sunrise Labs as its Chief Technology Officer.
Adam is a senior level technology leader with proven success in R&D, medical device development, creating complex imaging systems, and driving product innovation. Prior to joining Sunrise, he was Executive Director of Engineering at KMC Systems and Vice President of R&D for several companies, including Datascope, Melasciences, and JADS Technologies. Adam brought three startup companies to successful liquidity events.
He developed many novel technologies including: in-vivo and in-vitro diagnostics, optical and imaging systems, automation, signal processing, classifiers, and precision mechanics.
Adam’s broad experience at a systems level and his technical acumen, give him the skills to bridge the technical elements in complex R&D projects with business, operational, and user needs.

Adam holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Santa Barbara and studied Computer Science at Stanford University at the graduate level.
