Since the beginning of the year, SalesForce4hire has been preparing for company growth and brand development. A vital step in that process was announced earlier with the launch of the new corporate website and branding image. The second essential step is the restructure of the management team that will further align the company’s growth goals and operational needs. The changes will enable SalesForce4Hire to better serve customer needs, new service lines, and future business units.
The management team, lead by Kevin Schimelfenig, President will operate as follows: Kevin Hicks VP, Operations, Dan Pike VP, Business Development, Lidana Chinea VP, Human Resources, and Scott Mehalko VP, Project Implementation.

As the business development lead at SalesForce4Hire, Dr. Pike is responsible for the development of worldwide partnerships, and business development. Dr. Pike brings a wealth of over 25 years of experience within the Medtech, Life Sciences industry including product development, research, global strategy, business development, and corporate leadership.
Prior to joining SalesForce4Hire, Dr. Pike was Business Development leader and Acrymed Divison General Manager for Kimberly-Clark Healthcare. Dan has extensive education in chemical engineering, and a Ph.D., with a focus in polymer and materials engineering.
