In his new role, Dr. Bodduluri will be responsible for overseeing the development of all current and future technology along with exploring new business opportunities at Restoration Robotics.
“Mohan’s expert knowledge of sophisticated technology, coupled with his insight into the future of robotics, make this promotion a natural progression for him,” said Jim McCollum, Chief Executive Officer, Restoration Robotics. “Advancing our technology is the cornerstone to our business and I am confident that he will continue to move the Company’s technology expertise forward.”
Previously, Dr. Bodduluri was Vice President-R&D at Accuray Incorporated, the market leader in robotic radiosurgery.
