Pressure BioSciences Inc. tapped Alan Rosenson to replace Thomas Vogel on its board of directors.

Vogel is ending his four-year tenure at the Easton, Mass.-based pressure cycling device maker because of a recent move to Arizona and to help run a family business, according to the company. He’ll stay on as a consultant for one year.

Rosenson is founder and president of ALJAR Investments Inc., a Lake Zurich, Ill.-based investment management firm. He also founded Consulting Innovations Inc. in 1987, an information systems firm that provides consulting services and technology training.
