The company said its software addresses the growing need for faster workflows and more efficient diagnostic processes. Elevate works with the Philips EPIQ Elite and Affiniti ultrasound platforms.
Both systems bring more than 100 new image quality presets for abdomen, vascular, small parts, pediatrics and OB/GYN. They work across a variety of transducers and tissue-specific presents. Now, Philips has enhanced the systems with greater precision imaging and intuitive workflows to boost clinical confidence.
Along with clinical image enhancements, the latest release adds remote software upgrade capabilities as well. It integrates proactive monitoring and expanded virtual access capabilities through the Collaboration Live remote function.
Philips said its AutoStrain, powered by AI, automatically helps save clinicians’ time. It selects the three best images for quantification in assessing left ventricular function for cardiac disease. This ensures consistent heart rate and image depth. Meanwhile, the Affiniti system now has a first-of-its-kind AI-enabled automated segmental wall motion scoring tool. This assists in identifying subtle changes in function as cardiac disease progresses.
