Optos plc tapped Christine Soden as interim CFO until a permanent replacement for outgoing Allan Watson can be found.
Watson quit in August to take the top financial spot at pharma firm ProStrakan Group plc.
Optos said Soden, slated to start Sept. 22, was CFO and COO for another British pharma company, BTG plc.
Dunfermline, Scotland-based Optos has local operations in Marlborough, Mass.
