FDA names Pazdur to lead safety watchdog’s effort in anti-cancer ‘moon shot’

The FDA said it named Dr. Richard Pazdur as acting director of its Oncology Center of Excellence, the federal safety watchdog’s contribution to the anti-cancer “moon shot” spearheaded by Vice President Joe Biden.
