Healthcare reform efforts in Washington have one of the world’s largest public relations firms putting a new focus on life science clients.
MS&L Worldwide launched a new initiative, “Breaking the Code,” aimed at bolstering an already robust healthcare practice that includes life science giants Eli Lilly, Philips Healthcare and Allergan.
Monique DaSilva, the North American healthcare director at MS&L’s Boston office, told MassDevice that the new system consists of a platform of questions designed to let the firm audit clients’ communications needs and also a team of experts to help solve them.
“It helps us to unlock problems to see a path forward,” she said. “Using that, we can lay out how the brand can continue to grow in this market.”
DaSilva, whose specialties include the medical device industry, said the program has been underway for several months and is a major initiative at the firm, which has offices across the globe.
