Minnetronix Inc. added Joe Renzetti to its executive team in the role of COO.
The former U.S. Army helicopter pilot was most recently the president of Specialty Construction Brands and of Adalis Corp.
"Joe’s background presents a unique combination of structure and flexibility as well as a history of producing results for customers," CEO Rich Nazarian said in a prepared statement.
St. Paul, Minn.-based Minnetronix designs and manufactures Food & Drug Administration Class II and III medical devices for a list of companies that includes 3M Corp. (NYSE:MMM), Cleveland Clinic, Medtronic Inc. (NYSE:MDT) and St. Jude Medical Inc. (NYSE:STJ).
