Kinetic Concepts CEO named interim head of sister company LifeCell
Kinetic Concepts president & CEO Joseph Woody was named interim CEO of LifeCell Corp. after ex-CEO Lisa Colleran’s departure to "pursue new opportunities."
Colleran was CEO of Bridgeport, N.J.-based LifeCell since January 2012, the same month Woody was appointed CEO at the San Antonio, Tex.-based Kinetic Concepts following its leveraged buyout.

Tissue Regenix appoints new North America sales veep
Tissue Regenix is hoping to expand its U.S. footprint with a new sales vice president for subsidiary Tissue Regenix USA Inc. Donald Hohne was appointed to drive commercialization for the York, U.K.-based company’s dCell technology in North America.
Hohne’s resume includes stints at Bone Bank Allografts as director of business development and at Kinetic Concepts as director of government affairs.
Executive shuffle at Lantheus Medical Imaging
Lantheus Medical Imaging is making changes to "infuse new talent into the company." The North Billerica, Mass.-based medical imaging company appointed Mary Anne Heino as chief commercial office, replacing Cyrille Villeneuve, who is will now work as VP of international business. Ex-international veep Mike Heslo was shifted to VP of business development.
New CEO at Aushon BioSystems
Diagnostic and device company Aushon BioSystems appointed Susan Vogt to be its new CEO; former CEO Pete Honkanen will remain with the company as COO and board director. Vogt has more than 30 years of experience in the global life science research, most recently as president & CEO of SeraCare Life Sciences.
New biz-dev slot at AdvaMed
AdvaMed brought on Jason Rupp as vice president of business development. The Washington, D.C.-based medtech lobby said Rupp will be tasked with recruiting new members. Rupp worked in management and marketing at the Biotechnology Industry Organization. AdvaMed also named Ashley McMaster, former director of communications, as its new director of business development.
