Kolli currently serves as EVP and chief digital officer at Align, the maker of Invisalign clear aligners and other dental tech. Her appointment to Intuitive’s board of directors went into effect on Oct. 27, 2023.

Kolli’s current role at Align holds responsibility for leading software, data, enterprise, cloud and infrastructure engineering. Her focus centers around the design and development of Align’s digital platform. She’s held posts of increasing responsibility since joining Align in 2003.
In addition to joining the board at surgical robotics leader Intuitive, Kolli also serves on the board at orthopedic giant Zimmer Biomet. She serves as chair of its Quality, Regulatory and Technology Committee and sits as a member of its Audit Committee.
Intuitive says Kolli’s addition expands its board of directors to 12 members in total. It falls in line with the company’s ongoing board balancing and succession plan.
