Innovative Health Solutions filed an SEC Form D to confirm the sale of a debt and equity offering worth a total of $4 million.
The Versailles, Ind.–based noninvasive neurostimulation company completed the filing last week, after the first sale of the new notice was made on Sept. 6. Innovative Health listed the total amount at $4 million and has no debt or equity remaining to sell in the offering.
The company listed 11 total investors involved in the offering, but did not disclose the issuer size or the intended use of proceeds. The minimum outside investment accepted was $1 and the offering was not made in connection with a merger, acquisition or exchange offer.
Innovative Health Solutions produces the IB-Stim and NSS-2 Bridge neurostimulation devices. The IB-Stim is a percutaneous electrical nerve field stimulator designed for patients between 11 and 18 years old with functional abdominal pain associated with irritable bowel syndrome, according to the company’s website.
The NSS-2 Bridge is a percutaneous nerve field stimulator designed to reduce the symptoms of opioid withdrawal by stimulating the branches of cranial nerves V, VII, IX and X, along with branches of the occipital nerves identified by transillumnation.
