Becton adds former KCI CEO to board
Becton Dickinson & Co. (NYSE:BDX) added former Kinetic Concepts Inc. president & CEO Catherine Burzik to its board of directors.
Burzik held the corner office at Kinetic Concepts from 2006 until the company was sold for $6.1 billion, a deal which closed late in 2011.

InVivo Therapeutics (OTC:NVIV) last month elected Kenneth DiPietro, executive vice president of human resources at Biogen Idec, to its board of directors. The company also appointed DiPietro to chair the governance, nominating & compensation committee of the board.
