Czartoski will be responsible for the Wilmington, Delaware–based orthopedics company’s U.S. Surgical business, which includes the global surgical product engine and enabling technologies. He will report to Louie Vogt, group president of Enovis’ Reconstructive business group.
Will more than two decades of medtech experience, Czartoski joins the company from Johnson & Johnson MedTech’s DePuy Synthes orthopedics business. There, he held varying roles of responsibility and was most recently president of DePuy Synthes U.S. As president, Czartoski led Johnson & Johnson MedTech’s joint reconstruction, trauma, spine, digital technology, capital, sports and CMF businesses. He was also worldwide president of Joint Reconstruction and Power Tools.
“Tim is a highly accomplished orthopedic leader with an incredible track record of delivering strategic and commercial excellence,” Vogt said in a news release. “I’m confident that his experience and leadership will accelerate Enovis’ growth potential and strengthen our surgical pipeline around the world.”
Enovis is one of the largest orthopedic device companies in the world. Revenue grew 10% to $1.6 billion in 2023.
