
Electromed Inc. (NSDQ:ELMD) promoted Jeremy Brock to the position of chief financial officer, effective immediately.
Brock just joined the New Prague, Minn.-based company as its financial controller in August, 2011.
Thanks to a recommendation from company CEO Robert Hansen, Brock joined the executive team of the airway clearance device firm late last week, according to a press release.
Brock’s new job comes with a base salary of $115,000 with a 10 percent increase to $126,500 at the start of 2012, SEC filings show.
Before joining Electromed, Brock performed audit and tax engagements for the manufacturing, distribution and technology sectors at CPA firm LarsonAllen LLP, prior to which he served in the U.S. Marine Corps.
