Report: Appeals court revives hip implant lawsuit against Zimmer-Biomet

A federal appeals court has reinstated a personal-injury lawsuit against Zimmer Biomet  (NYSE:ZBH) over a metal-on-metal hip prosthesis implanted in 2011.
