Ocular Therapeutix prices IPO below range
Ocular Therapeutix said this morning that it plans to put up 5 million shares at $13 apiece on the NASDAQ exchange today.
That’s a dollar below the projected price range the Bedford, Mass.-based company issued earlier this month.
Intersect ENT prices IPO at low end of range
Intersect ENT said today that it’s shares should hit the NASDAQ exchange at $11 apiece, the low end of the range, for expected proceeds of $55 million.
At that price, Intersect would command a market capitalization of roughly $267 million.

Minnesota medical device startups got a big boost in funding in the 2nd quarter of 2014, with 134% more money invested than during the same period last year, according to a new report.
The numbers suggest greater interest in early-stage deals, according to LifeScience Alley, the North Star State’s medical device and life sciences lobbying group.
Lantheus sets terms for IPO
Lantheus Medical Imaging said today that it plans to offer some 9.3 million shares of stock in an initial public offering that could bring in as much as $139 million.
Billerica, Mass.-based Lantheus said it plans to price the offering at $12 to $15 per share, for a range of $111.1 million to $138.9 million.
iRadimed raises the bar with $12.6M IPO
iRadimed launched its initial public offering today in hopes of raising $12.6 million for its non-magnetic infusion pumps.
The Florida-based device maker is offering just over 2 million shares at $6.25 apiece, as well as an additional 302,400 shares, worth about $1.9 million before underwriting discounts and commissions, to cover potential over-allotments.
