Central California health system joins Premier network
Community Medical Centers, central California’s largest healthcare provider, joined group purchasing organization Premier healthcare alliance. Community Medical Centers will have access to Premier’s Accelerated Supply Chain Endeavor program of more than 320 hospitals that are aggregating, monitoring and analyzing supply chain data.

 Novation awards Carestream with a 3 year contract
Group purchasing organization Novation has awarded a 3-year year contract to Carestream for the company’s Vue Ris+Pacs, Cardiology Pacs and Vue for Vendor-Neutral Archive. The contract also includes agreements for Carestream’s imaging systems for radiology, dental work, x-ray film and laser imagers.
