Boston Imaging Core Lab inked a deal with Chondrometrics GmbH to broaden both companies’ imaging biomarker analysis offerings.
Boston-based BICL, which provides semi-quantitative radiological reading services, and the Ainring, Germany-based medical image analysis software provider will partner to improve their service offering to osteoarthritis researchers worldwide.
BICL president Ali Guermazi is section chief for musculoskeletal radiology at the Boston University School of Medicine. Chondrometrics CEO Felix Eckstein is director of the Institute of Anatomy and Musculoskeletal Research at Paracelsus Medical University in Salzburg, Austria.
