Rodetis is currently BD’s SVP and treasurer, so this appointment adds the head of investor relations to his responsibilities. He will continue as treasurer and lead all aspects of communicating the progress of BD’s strategy to investors. He will continue to report to Chris DelOrefice, EVP and CFO.
“Greg’s deep knowledge of BD, coupled with his expertise of the capital markets and existing relationships with the investment banking community, make him well-positioned to lead our investor relations function and serve as a valued partner to this important stakeholder group as BD continues to deliver on its growth strategy,” DelOrefice said in a news release.
Rodetis joined the Franklin Lakes, N.J.-based company in 2016 as VP and assistant treasurer of capital markets. In his current role as treasurer, he is responsible for leadership and oversight of the company’s treasury function as a strategic partner in supporting business performance, earnings growth and shareholder return.
Prior to joining the company, Greg was the assistant treasurer at Terex Corp. and has held roles with varying responsibilities with PepsiCo and General Electric.
