AngioDynamics (NSDQ:ANGO) added two new VPs to its executive team.
The Albany, N.Y.-based device maker named Matthew Kapusta senior VP of business development and Donna Haire senior VP of regulatory, quality, clinical and medical affairs.
Kapusta was most recently VP of strategic planning and financial analysis for Smith & Nephew (NYSE:SNN), the same company that AngioDynamics’ newly minted CEO Joseph DeVivo came from.
Haire came from Philips Healthcare (NYSE:PHG) subsidiary Global Diagnostic X-Ray in Germany, where she served as senior director of quality, regulatory and sustainability.
Haire’s appointment is effective immediately and Kapusta’s role is effective November 15, according to a press release.
