Ambu announced that it entered into a partnership with Fuel Medical Group to combine marketing and strategy with the latter’s endoscope technologies.
Under the agreement, Columbia, Md.-based Ambu is set to offer Fuel Medical marketing, finance, digital strategy, development and recruiting services.
In return, Camas, Wash.-based Fuel Medical will offer its single-use endoscopes, which include rhinolaryngoscopes, bronchoscopes, duodenoscopes and advanced monitors that increase safety and efficiency.
Financial details and other specifics related to the partnership were not disclosed by either party involved.
“This is a perfect match that will enable both companies to expand their reach into new and growing markets,” said Ambu CEO Juan Jose Gonzalez said in a news release. “Fuel Medical has such a strong reputation as a leader in business advisory that it was difficult to overlook their success.
